Terms & Refund Policy

1. Agreement
By booking a session with HUMAN+ you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all IV therapy sessions and add-on services delivered by HUMAN+ in Bali, Indonesia.
2. Cancellation policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are:
- 24 hours or more before your scheduled session — full refund or free reschedule. No questions asked.
- Less than 24 hours before your session — a 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% may be applied as credit toward a future booking.
- No-show (nurse arrives, session does not proceed) — no refund. The full session fee is charged to cover the nurse's time and travel.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. A maximum of two reschedules per booking is permitted. Additional reschedules may be treated as a cancellation subject to the terms in Section 2.
4. Refund conditions
Refunds are issued where permitted under this policy. To request a refund:
- Submit your request within 48 hours of the original session time

- Include your name, session date, and reason for the request
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (subject to the 50% fee in Section 2)
- No-show appointments
- Sessions already delivered in full
- Add-on services (compression boots, LED mask, etc.) once the session has commenced
- Consumables opened or used during your session
6. Service quality
If you are unhappy with your session for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours. We take every concern seriously and will work to make it right. Complaints received after this window may still be addressed at our discretion.
7. Medical suitability
Our registered nurse will confirm your suitability for IV therapy before the session begins. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is deemed clinically inappropriate. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
